A clearer website would really help guests plan their stay better!!! An AC unit in the luggage storage room would have been nice, waiting outside in 37 degrees was hardly pleasant. Water cooler and ice options really should be available!!! No late checkout options for common areas was bothersome!!!

A lovely breakfast area allowed me to enjoy delicious meals with fresh fruits every morning. I appreciated the beautiful outdoor sitting area that added to the charm of the place. The landscaping around the property was well maintained, providing a soothing ambiance. The short walk to Ocotal Beach offered stunning sunset views. However, street noise was noticeable at times, which could be distracting. I suggested adding a small bench or table for luggage in the room, as it would enhance convenience. Still, the overall experience was delightful and I would highly recommend it.
